This project focuses on designing a structural connector that links two cylindrical pipes at a fixed angle. One of the pipes is vertically anchored to the ground, while the other pipe extends outward and must be securely attached via a custom-designed joint.

To further improve the load-bearing capacity and reduce stress concentration at the joint, a bridging element was added between the two connected pipes.

A Voronoi pattern was applied to the side surfaces of the connector using Grasshopper, allowing for the removal of non-critical material and resulting in a lighter structure without compromising its strength.
The designed organic pattern visually reflects the internal stress flow and aligns with generative design principles, making the connector both functional and aesthetically expressive.
